Topic	What to include
Billing and refunds	Include your Stripe receipt number or the first characters of your key. See the Refund Policy.
Lost API key	Write from the email you paid with. We move your remaining credits to a new key.
Volume pricing	Tell us roughly how many calls a month you expect and what you are deciding.
Technical questions	Include the request id (dec_…) from the response. Never send your full key.
